1. How does the extension know about my subscriptions?
Once you have installed the extension it will prompt you to authorize access to your postrank.com account. You won't have to share your password, and you can always remove access from Firefox on the Applications page on postrank.com.
2. Can I use PostRank extension on multiple computers?
Absolutely! You can install the extension and use it with your postrank.com account on as many computers as you like.
3. What does "No Feed" and "Not Indexed" in the status bar mean?
The PostRank Firefox extension manages RSS feeds, so for pages that do not have an RSS feed, there is nothing for the extension to work with, so the "No Feed" message will be displayed. If there is an RSS feed present, but postrank.com has not yet indexed it (added it to our system), the "Not Indexed" message will be displayed. To add feeds that have not yet been indexed, click the RSS icon in your toolbar and select "Add to PostRank".
